Our Chestnuts Are Seasonal

Connecticut Chestnuts are harvested and sold only in the fall — typically throughout October. We're a small family farm, and our crop is available fresh for a few short weeks each year.

Where to find us

During harvest season, you can buy our chestnuts at the Ellington Farmers Market. Watch our newsletter and Facebook page for this year's market dates, which we announce as the crop ripens.

Off-season

Outside of harvest, we don't sell chestnuts and the farm is not open to visitors. The best way to catch the next crop is to join our newsletter below or follow us on Facebook — we'll let you know as soon as chestnuts are ready.

Pickup by appointment

Farm pickup is available by appointment only during harvest season, arranged in advance. Our farm at 101 Pinney St, Ellington is not open to the public, and we ask that visitors not stop by without a confirmed appointment. To arrange a pickup, contact us first through the form below.
